Which output resolutions are available?
You can choose 720P, 1080P, 2K, or 4K. The best option depends on your publishing destination, available credits, and how much output detail you need.
What are the upload limits?
The upscaler accepts MP4, MOV, AVI, WEBM, and MKV files up to 500MB. A source video can be no longer than 10 minutes.
How are credits calculated?
720P costs 2 credits per second, 1080P costs 4, 2K costs 6, and 4K costs 10. Source duration is rounded up to the next whole second for billing.
Do I need to enter a prompt or duration?
No. Upload the video and choose a resolution. The source duration is read automatically, and the enhancement does not require a text prompt.
Can I send a generated video straight to the upscaler?
Yes. Select Upscale Video on a completed result. The upscaler opens with that video prefilled so you can choose the output resolution and continue.
Will AI recover detail that is completely missing?
AI can improve perceived sharpness, edges, textures, and clarity, but the source still matters. Severe blur, compression, or damage can limit the final result.
